10DLC Website Requirements Opt-In Language
Websites must have opt-in language + a clickable checkbox + a link to the privacy policy and/or terms of use on a signup form. The opt-in language + checkbox must be in the same section as the signup form. The checkbox must be next to the opt-in language to serve as an express opt-in to receive texts. In the opt-in language, the website’s privacy policy and/or terms of use pages must be hyperlinked at the end of the opt-in language.
Signup forms must include fields for first name, last name, and phone number. Every website requires a minimum of one compliant signup form.
Example opt-in language below:

There can be no mention on either page of sharing end-user data. Carriers will reject the submission if they see anything in the policy or terms about sharing or selling end-user data to any party. The carriers read every word on these pages.
The below statement must be added to your privacy policy page:
